NO SMOKING & NO PETS -- A minimum $100 fee will be charged to guests who ignore this policy!

Please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled stay. Of course, we cannot charge you for late cancellations since we don't provide online reservations. Nonetheless, a late cancellation means at least one less visitor to our beautiful town that we had to turn down because we reserved your room. Please don't be that person.
